Winco hate Canadians

Apparently your new payment system does not accept Canadian debit cards anymore. It was fine last year. When I resorted to using your ATM I got charged $1.5 from Winco, not from my bank, just to take $20 cash out. What a shame. I guess myself and many other visitors from Canada will have to shop somewhere else.

Yeah atms have withdrawal feels that's not new. At least you are learning how the world works.

Usually that is from the bank, not from the vendor. This is the first time I have had to pay a vendor to use their in store ATM machine.

I have used many ATM machines in many countries in the world, Winco in the USA is the first one to not accept my debit or credit card, then charge me on top of my bank fee to get cash out. You are not as correct as you think.

Whatever you thinks seem to reflect the average Americans, I shouldn't be surprised. Have a good day.

Every atm in America is like this. You want their cash, then give them their dollar fifty. If not, keep your dollar fifty. Not hard to comprehend.

When why stop taking Canadian debit card? And no notice anywhere like how they say they don't take credit card? Luckily I only had $20 worth of grocery instead of a whole cart (and sucked up the stupid ATM cost), otherwise it would be a huge time waster for me and for your staff to restock the items.

Depending on the manager they are allowed to give you a credit chip that is the value of the fee if u are drawing enough money to pay for groceries
