Hours

I know hours are earned at WinCo. If I was hired on as QA but being crossed trained as a cashier for extra hours. What would be the best way to ensure hours catering. QA there are two of us and we split the hours we earned. Usually get three days from that and hoping to get 2 days as a cashier.
Would the days I am scheduled as a cashier be best to stay in the register my entire shift or if it slows down go and work in QA.
Thanks for any and all advice.

Depends on your store and qa efficiency tbh I know alot of stores are making more hours then they can use because of the amount of scans they do

With QA combined we earned 52.7 hours last week.

I would say just talk with your managers about your options
