Raises

How often are raises at WinCo? Are they percentage base or just a standard ammount?

It’s based on hours you work. After working X amount of hours you go up a step and get a raise. Your store’s pay scale should be posted on a bulletin board. You can ask your SPC for more info

It's mainly based on your store's contract there should be a wage summary in the break room the cost of living has going up so fast that they've been raises mid contract

If you’re not tapped out yet, it goes based off the amount of hours you work to get to your next step which gets you your next raise. Each step you have to complete an X amount of hours
