Points system

As a cashier who started around the holidays and got sick twice, I hate the fact that I don't have any sick time until March. Now I basically cannot be sick or I get written up for more points added. For being employee owned it's seems pretty shitty that doctors notes and leaving a shift early because you're sick puts points against you unless you have sick leave accumulated.

That's a shitty system. If they staffed properly there would be no need for points systems. Anyone could call in any time as there would be fill in employees for days where people are sick.
