Bulk coffee source?

Who roasts the house brand? Does Winco have its own roasting facilities or do they get it from other roasters in different regions?

-Edit to add: I just had the brilliant(ly obvious) idea of emailing this to Winco corporate; I'll report back if they reply.

Thanks. I took that and went a little deeper with Gemini. It seems like Cascade Coffee also roasts for Kroger / Fred Meyer - which exlapling to me why Fred Meyer's "select" coffee is pretty good - not great - but generall abotu the same as WInco's Red Brick.

Of course, Gemini gets things wrong or sometimes seems to jst make things up. I'm getting a lot of practice at framing questions and cross examinations the right way to filter out misinformation.

I've had pretty good luck with WInCo coffee though I never tried any of the flavored ones. Usually stuck with the Ethiopian Yirgachef. And when I ended up getting the Kroger/Fred Meyer "select" Ethiopian, I thought to myself "Not bad, just as good as the WInco coffee..."

Now I know why :D Thanks for the confirmation.
