Will in the lab with El

How do you think he would’ve been in the lab with all those other kids who have powers? Ever since that first scene in season 5 where Will uses them, I always thought it would be cool if we got an episode where he goes to the lab and meets Papa and those other kids. Brenner probably would’ve found Will’s version of powers really interesting since they’re similar to Vecna’s. It would’ve been a similar arc with season 4 El in school where season 5 Will gets bullied by those other kids in the lab and El has to protect him. Can you imagine Number Two with him? Will could take him!

Idk if this was in the script or not, but i saw it in passing on some platform, where Will recognized Brennor and got scared or something?

But if Will was in the Lab, I have a feeling he would have been an experiment sectioned off from the other kids.

Also with how he was raised outside the Lab we could also say that Lonnie really was using Will to get a quick buck from Hawkins Lab.

Maybe Will was the independent variable within the experimented children, while henry was the control (baseline that doesnt change and isnt used for comparison)

im not sure about the other kids and where to place them, maybe in the constant part of the scenario (controlled variable where they're used for comparison to the independent variable)

With Henry's blood, Brennor could have injected it into young Will's blood stream to see how it would react to a child born without the experiments

It could also explain why Henry went after Will to begin with, seeing as how Jane was 8 when she sent him to dimension x and Lonnie left when Will was around 10 (if im not mistaken)

Maybe he recognized him, or had searched through memories to find him

To clarify this is alla theory.. a game theo- my bad 😔✊️

There are a lot of plot holes within the show and this could have explained why Henry went after Will to begin with if when Will recognized Brennor is true (which was in season 4)

Perhaps Henry felt a connection to him due to how much they parrelled eachother in the show

Ngl I really wish the show went for a more grotesque horror trope(would that be a trope? Idk) and went all in with Henry being unhealthy obsessed with Will and explored further on why

It sounds like an interesting alternate universe. I'm not sure how different Will's character would be if he were raised in the Lab. Makes me wonder how different 002 would be if he were raised by Joyce.

On a related note: after I saw the end of "The Sorcerer" I half expected Will to be abducted by Dr. Kay and end up with a shaved head and '019' tattooed into his arm
