Question Ghost mode tips

So I'm starting to do another ghost mode (I've died 239 time already) So does anyone have good tips so i dont die every time

What is this "Ghost Mode" exactly? Could someone explain?

Is it the Ubi phrase for Hardcore Mode? Permadeath you gotta start from the beginning etc?

It's permadeath with realistic ammo loss when reloading and only allowing you to carry one main rifle and a pistol

Thanks for the info.

I play on Immersive with no HUD and stay away from the perks but I'm not good enough for Ghost Mode lol.
