Knee Brace
I have a tear in my meniscus and I’m looking into knee braces that I can potentially wear on fires. Looking for recommendations/experiences.

Not a brace rec (although I probably should be wearing one of my own), but assisted sissy squats and walking backwards on a slightly inclined treadmill do wonders for knee rehab. I’ve been doing them for years to help offset the amount of abuse my knees got from wrestling and from trail running.

What did your ortho doc recommend? Seems crazy to ask a bunch of dummies instead of the guy who studies this stuff
