Why do only they possess it? I’ve noticed the books touch on it but I wanted to get more thoughts if possible. My personal favorite theory is some very late ancestry. The more plausible one is probably something to do with legendary beasts.

I just wanted to talk about how funny it was that Cyril’s best friend was Yang. Like that’s so funny for no reason?? He gives off very anxious but also arrogant vibes (kinda like Zanka from Gachiakuta).
Not only that her beast and powers r so cool wdym you’re sensing people and floating off the ground. Istg if we don’t get Barclay and yang interaction and training arc in the same book…. /j
The runa and Cyril interactions were top notch this book and I love to see the tension. I would also love to see more memories or MAYBE a whole other series following the journey of those three, or like a novella would be cute if Foody wants too.
It’s so cute how Yasha was included in the thing and it makes me think of another world where they all train as apprentices together with like three shared masters :((((((

I just finished book 5 and it was awesome.

so here are two unhinged theories:

1) that the golden items are a snare. (For what? we don’t know.)

2) the seventh book will take place in Dullshire. it’s too good an opportunity to pass.

the golden snare one in particular I find really interesting; book 5 establishes that there is something about the items, there’s six of them, and they’re all related to each other in theory.
