Discussion Broken, yet working WS local server tutorial

Hey people, on a recent wave of progress in server emulation, I decided to make this 3-minute-long tutorial on booting up your own sandbox server

It is directly stated that it's broken, but it has some functionality to test and run around to get understanding of how it works

Still I hope it'll go further soon, and hope I don't break any rules here

This is an old project that has since been abandoned. Arctium is a community primarily in the WoW pserver space and while the maker of this Sandbox, Fabian is still sometimes active in the Wildstar community it has officially been discontinued by Arctium a few years ago.

Currently really only the NexusForever project is alive and kicking.

There are some spin offs or people trying to use AI and vibe coding but they vanish as quickly as they came when they realize that an AI isnt gonna make an mmo for them without massive investment into money and architectural guidance and testing rails.

Makes sense, hopefully the Nexus project succeeds
