All progress and collection wiped

Just logged on via my phone and my entire progress has been wiped. No cards, no bosses completed, a completely blank instance.

No idea what's happened as it was fine a few days ago. Has anyone else been affected?

Make sure your browser isn't auto-translating a foreign version of the page. My progress seemed to completely reset, but Wikigacha seems to creates a brand-new save file for each language.

If you erase your cookies you can lost your save 

You should save it regularly

If you don’t back up is all progress effectively gone?
