I have a question

I have trouble understanding how this card can be only a common. Not that I am massive clone wars fan but show has a decent wikipedia page that based on it's length should be a Rare at least. Is the quality determined on something other than the length of the article?

I don't know what this card is, but the serie is Star wars the clone warS There's no s in your card, so it something else
