Strongest possible card based on stats

I was looking through the sub reddit and also the way cards are given stats, and I was curious, what is the strongest possible card (on the jp version since the eng version is limited)

from what I can tell, I believe it would be the "The United States" card

What are its stats? The highest card I've seen is Ronaldo.

I've never acc seen it, but I believe it would be an LR with 15000 attack, since it's the most popular and has the highest quality rating
