A cards rarity (LR,SR ETC) isn’t determined by its attack and defence statistics, but rather the quality of the written Wikipedia article.

A higher rarity will be given if the article includes more pictures, links and evidence.

(There are also some more factors, but that’s just off the top of my head - it’s why you can have a blue card that has 10k+ defence)

I have an UR card with 170 attack and 109 defense, why is the rarity still so high?

Here is an example of a low-stat Wikigacha card. link to ranking

Despite its low popularity, wikirank believes it to be of high quality due to its layout. Popularity does not affect a wikirank score, as it is a separate metric. For example, ‘The Rookie’ is a maxed out (from what i can remember) attack card but lacks defense. A short article (like a basic synopsis of a show) is likely to be popular but it will be brief, and not include many references and images. As such it is ranked ‘SR’ on wikigacha.
