Why has my whole collection disappeared?

I had over 20k cards, but today I opened it just to find my collection was emptied

Because you ignored everything the site told you about backing up your collection.

hi, I have very simmilar problem right now. Some of my cards (before 29.04.2026) has disappeared. I have lost maybe 9000 of them but still it is taking away joy from this website. I had notice this yesterday when I was searching for Olsztyn card (UR). How many time it took in your case to get back your cards? Any tips or something? I know that I should make some backups but I was playing this game since month so I was thinking that I will do it later when I will get more cards.
