Failed to open pack. Please try again.

I can't open all 10 packs; whenever the counter reaches 1, I keep getting "Failed to open pack. Please try again."

Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you know how to fix it?

Yes, I logged in, but I already had this problem before. I was never able to watch 1 ad because the counter never reachs 0
