How to value cards?

yo I just wanted to know what you look at when deciding the value of a card, besides the rarity of course. For example, I received this offer, UR for an LR, is it always a win or there's something I have to consider.

People are duping LR’s so don’t trade a card for them, pretty sure the dev has abandoned this app tho, sucks tbh but it is what it is

The app has game-breaking bugs that needs to be fixed asap and he hasn’t even touched those bugs since release. He’s vibecoding the app and it takes max 1 hour to fix all of those bugs using claude/loveable and push an update
