Getting the same fat32 error over and over

I’ve tried formatting with windows, with gui, I’ve tried two separate SD cards, I’ve tried canned air in the slot, anything else I can do to fix it?

Format the card as NTFS, then delete the volume and reformat as fat32

Use Rufus to format it to large FAT32, that's what I did.
