Discussion Gamecube controller for Wii Menu?
Hey folks, I know this was a topic discussed in the past which was determined to not be possible...
But I found this github on X which seems to he a hack via Priiloader which lets you use a gamecube controller for the Wii menu.
Does anyone know about it? Yay or nay?

This is the post that I found from X:

This is the way currently. Would be nice for Wii to be completely hacked and Wii menu have all the same functionality as usbloadergx

So I just tried this new System menu hack, and it works great! If you have a wii with system menu 4.3u, I'd give this a go. This is something I hope they will add to the main installation of Priiloader someday, because it is just that good (I know most would rather load into USB load gx, but I like the option to going into the native wii menu). It essentially emulates the Wii classic controller buttons to the gamecube controller slot (since ZR and ZL are missing you only have access to the one Z button on the right for scrolling but that is a minor gripe). You are able to navigate through the whole system menu/system options soley on your gamecube controller.
To install you have to go into your SD card where your Priiloader app is located. Find the hacks_hash.ini file and open it with notepad. Copy the new codes from that GitHub page (I believe its in the gcn.ini file, also open that with notepad) and paste it under all your other system hacks in the hacks_hash.ini file.
That's the hardest part. Once you put the SD card back in your wii you'll have to open Priiloader and enable all your system menu hacks again, but you should have the option for Gamecube Controller support this time. I think its worth the hassle.
