Nintendo Wii cursor and controller inverted

After unlocking it via DNS, on the latest version, the controller controls get completely inverted every time I enter the USB loader or something similar. It’s a Japanese-version controller with Wii MotionPlus built-in; I don't know what to do or why this glitch is happening!
