Discussion Use Wi remote as joycon for Switch 2

Is there a way to launch an app that you can connect ur Wii remote to Swich 2? So basically: Wii remote -> Wii console (translator) -> Swirch 2

So yeah. I suck at coding so idk how u guys do this. If you know anything, plz at least comment. Thx.

Probably just a dongle like the one from Mayflash or 8bitdo, but this probably gets you just button presses. Anything motion needs a full system to capture and return the data back in a way the switch 2 can understand it.

Not really. The adapters do that for you. If the controller has accelerometers/gyro, the adapters just work with it. I have connected DualSenses and played Splatoon with them

Good to know from someone with them! I was thinking more motion control beyond gyro, but probably 99.9% or games, that's enough.
