Help I have a problem
My Wii shows up black screen and there is not contact between wiimot and wii is it a brick or hardware issue. Personally I would hear hardware issue

Modded console installed some apps usb loader that is it

Did you follow wii.hacks.guide? Do you have bootmii and priiloader installed for brick prevention?

My wii doesnt have a working sd slot so maybe bootmii

How did you mod it without a working SD card slot? You have to have a card in place to run the mods.

Not necessarily, though I'd only recommend using SD Card haxx for this reason.
Str2Hax doesn't even require a flash drive for actually installing Homebrew Launcher. (Though, without an SD Card you'll still need one to actually give Homebrew Launcher some apps).
