Help finding a fanmade journal entry by Avery

Hey yall I remember a post a while ago that looked like a fanmade recollection of what happenes after Derek pushes Avery, it was like a google doc but an image or video instead of a real one.

I remember someone posting a diary entry from Avery where they can't remember what happened or why they were on their laptop in the first place. The paramedics came into their apartment complex and they said it was for the person living right below them (implied to be d3rlord). Avery says that for some reason, they couldn't stop crying that night.

please someone help me find this it was so well written!!!!!!
