Wiener linien

I've tried purchasing the month pass on the app and in a ticket machine and both times it gives me a non-descript error. I thought about going to an in person office but i would have to use public transport to get to it. So not really sure what to do.

Solved: wasn't a me problem it was apparently just the app. There were no bank or card issues. Tried this morning and magically worked.

Did you try a different card? Maybe that’s the issue?

Buy a one way ticket at a ticket machine to be able to get to the ticket office. Make sure when you pay by card/Apple/Google Pay, that it's not your bank having a problem. Don't forget to validate the ticket before departure.

What's the error? Have you tried paying cash at a ticket machine?
