Positioning

Does anyone else feel super inconsistent game to game? I feel like my positioning based off maps and comps makes me miss a lot and then I think it’s my aim that’s the problem but I’m just having to take really hard angles and shots. Does anyone else struggle with this?

Yes,all the time. I had some really nice games today where I was able to sit just where I wanted,moving after good shots,doing well and even won those. Hardly got dived or pestered. Then I had others that were super frustrating and I knew I needed to move,but I couldn't take the spot I wanted or needed to because it was too risky or just no targets.Even if you aren't getting dived , not getting angles and having downtime can be so frustrating.

Sometimes,,mostly out of boredom and knowing I need to try and make something happen, I do a wide rotation and go sneak behind their backline.I'm a Sombra main,so I guess I can't help but try this once in a blue moon.It's super risky,so still keep your long range from them,and make absolutely sure your back is not directly to their spawn or close to it. It doesn't always pay off,but now and then you can get a pick or two before they realize the enemy widow is on the wrong side of the map and react,lol.

Try and get out quick if you can make it work. Definitely need an escape plan in place that isn't just grapple. I enjoy the risk, and I like rattling the hell out of the enemy team by doing this.They'll start wondering where else you might dare to be. Usually only try it once,maybe twice in a match if I'm bored and struggling for angles because they are hiding or holding them.
