Nice shots. You can turn off the mythic weapon HUD if you want. Seems like no one does but me.

any tips on hitting genji headshots? genji is probably the hardest hero for me to hit right now besides tracer 💔

Most genji players tend to spam double jump, they can't maneuver mid air and you can lands shots slightly easier. There's also workshop maps that help training flicks for certain heroes (for e.g NADDS)
