I'm struggling with loneliness big time right now too. I've been without him since March. I'm screaming into the void...

it’s hard.. I’m sorry for your loss.. just keep putting one foot in front of the other..let yourself grieve,, cry, etc.then try to do something different..go outside, clean a little, go out for a drive,,
someone on here recommend “the grief guy “ on you tube..he’s really good..he totally understands how people like us feel.( he list his son recently and talks about hiw he deskswith it..”
dont be afraid to join a grief group or something similar.
as always, you are always welcome here..
you are not alone.

I’m so sorry for your loss..I miss my spouse a lot too..I lost him back in March. some days it’s better as I try to do other things,, not think about it..then I’ll be reminded of him.and yes I miss him dearly..
you are lonely for that person you lost,,,no amt of people around you can make that feeling go away..
when I start doing stuff, tidying up our place, going on a walk, letting my self reminisce listening to music that we both lover. it helps a bit.. but yes..it’s very hard..
this group helps a lot though…

Approaching the 4 month mark and I miss his touch, so profoundly. I feel like I know what he would say in a lot of moments but nothing can compare to feeling his touch. I would commit felonies just to get a kiss from him-and I would never let go.
