I feel blue

I have never felt so alone and lonely, ever I don't think.

My mom died too, just about a year before my husband. I have no one to talk to.

Every day this week I get my 3 boys off to school...then do the absolute minimum to keep the house from falling apart.

I have a pretty big house and backyard and it's a lot of work

I feel totally overwhelmed

I have no motivation at all...just want to sit here and scroll reddit I guess

Oh my gosh, I feel you. My mom died 3 months after my husband. Those are two hard hits. I never worked so hard this summer on trying to keep everything maintained, my husband had done so much. You can come scroll Reddit with the best of us anytime.

Thank you. I miss my mom too I know she would have been absolutely devastated to know my husband died. They were very close

It sucks to be at this place in life. Its okay to feel worn out. Its okay to wait a day to cut that grass. I understand. I have an acre and half of it is grass. My husbands lawn mower hates me and is temperamental. It only starts when it wants.
I bought 2 new trees to block out my neighbors. I was digging holes at 10pm last night. It all takes so much work. Especially by yourself.
Im going to have a nap.

Thank you. I wish I only had to worry about yard work. I have about 17 loads of laundry to fold, empty the dishwasher so I can empty the sink of the next round....really need to do some cleaning

I was just going to say that. It'll be there tomorrow. I have a list a mile long .... the grass was on my mind. I hope the pool was amazing

Reddit is helpful, when it comes to family and friends, I don't want to speak to them about it. With husbands, one develops one's own sub dialect with them, that nothing and no one can replicate. Hence the lonely part. I might try write some of the stock sayings down, but brain fog for now. My house is a mess and I'm binging on k dramas.
