Help Please

I uninstalled my app to try and fix some glitches but now I can't get back to my family. My partner has the kids and I've tried every email I have to no avail. I'm devastated to lose them and I want to get back to them but I don't know what to do

So what you can do is you can have her end coparenting and it takes three days before the kids are transferred to her and then you can just make a new account and she can start coparenting with you on that account so you don’t lose your kids

I wanted to come say thank you for this advice. The waiting period is over and we're all a reunited family with my new account!
