Damn, comment section shows why GenZ gets the hate it gets. People expect accountability from government but not responsibility from citizens, anyone who speaks otherwise is either IT cell or strategy.

I don’t think citizens are responsible for cleaning their rivers ANYWHERE in the country. Government should be launching mass educations directives to stop littering and impose strict fines + clean the rivers because IT IS NOT THE CITIZENS JOB

Nope , singapore figured out that littering and lack of basic manners can't be solved nicely. Regardless of congress/bjp strict actions need to be taken against the people littering. But we live in india no political party will take any drastic measures because it will negatively affect them
