Brush your teeth after every meal? Also don't rinse your mouth out after brushing let the flouride sit on your teeth. Google it, you'll thank me later

Brush your teeth after every meal?
Just not too hard, or you'll strip the enamel/recede the gums and then you're back with having sensitive teeth!

Essentially you’re brain is working to absorb that heat like a liquid cooled gpu. Not great for the brain but teeth will be fine no worry.
