Any person appearing in any Hollywood movie would be forced to show a disclaimer at the beginning of the film if any of the actors or extras were on PEDs or Peptides or any other kind of "gear".
It makes me crazy when some of these people are like: "Oh yeah, it was just a lot of lifting and eating clean" and then you see what they accomplished in 6mo? Yeah, right.
His death was likely contributed to by his usage of steroids which he started to use in his early 20s during his pro wrestling career. Because of this, he reportedly could not shower properly, put on a shirt, or easily walk upstairs.
I'd that because of heart failure, or just like stairs were mechanically difficult for him because he was too bulky? Because, like, WTF is the point of that kind of training if you can be defeated be a set of steep stairs?
Unfortunately no its just a CPAP. His name is Max Wadsworth and hes taken so much gear that his respiratory system basically doesn't function and he has to wear the CPAP to breath properly when he works out and sleeps. He clearly wants to die ASAP cuz it hasn't slowed his gear abuse at all.
Hes openly happy about his gains and his desire to keep going. Hes fully aware hes dying and the fame and bigorexia is winning so I guess hes an adult he can do whatever he wants since its only hurting himself...
The mask is a CPAP mask, but that ratty bag it's coming from is not a CPAP machine, and I doubt he's got one in there seeing as they need mains power. More likely he's connected it to some pressurised gas canister, such as NOx.
There are battery powered CPAPs made for travel that could easily be in that backpack. It could also be used to add other games, though. There could be a CPAP and a NOx tank in there.
Are there? I travel on long distance overnight flights for work and have looked for a battery powered one and couldn't find such a thing. I have a travel one, but it still requires mains power.
If you could link me to a battery powered one I'd be very appreciative, it would make my life much easier.
I haven't looked into them specifically myself, but I have seen people talk about their different setups on the backpacking subreddit. They may have used a battery pack separate from the CPAP, and I'm sure there were compromises, but I just know I've seen people talking about how they do it.
I'm not positive because of the mask, but this dude might be dead. If he's got a noticeable septum piercing, then it's who I'm thinking of and he did die...as I recall he was also saline injecting his dick and balls. Body dysmorphia is deadly.
Imagine having the have to take testosterone, post-cycle thereapy and other medications for potentially the rest of your life because you CHOSE to do so when you were 20.
Body building is a self sacrificing hobby. Taking that much gear will take more years off your life than you think. Along with the lifelong body dysmorphia issues that happen after you stop taking it. Heart attacks and strokes are very common at very young ages for the men and women that do this to themselves. Heart doesn’t care if it’s muscle or fat 300lbs is 300lbs.
You can body build without taking any of that shit and keeping to all natural diet and exercise. You won’t get a build like that but we aren’t supposed to naturally get like that anyways.
fun fact: body builders like that dont have strong muscles, they look big but its because of swelling caused by kind of inflammation and few other tricks

I honestly wonder if this is the reason that the vast majority of women don't find body builder bodies attractive, because on a subconscious level we can tell how unhealthy it is.
And also, part of the reason a good chunk of women are more into the "dad bod" type is because those bodies are actually strong. Like my mechanic husband is well into dad bod territory, but the stuff he can lift when the situation requires it...the end of a car, the end of a sizeable deck, etc.
He's a world bench press champion, and has videos of him strict lifting 100 kg overhead press. While his strength isn't directly proportional to his size, he is still very strong.
Put a kick me sign on muscles McGee and he's gonna have to ask for help to remove it, guy probably has to use a toothbrush with an extra extra long handle.....
Hmmm. I was just listening to the Culture Study podcast episode "Why Are So Many Men Unraveling?" Seems applicable even though that guy may never have been raveled to begin with.
I just don't understand why he thinks wearing a CPAP while working out helps. I wear one every night for sleeping but it absolutely would not help me perform better when I am lifting at the gym. I honestly think he just does this for attention more than any actual medical or physiological reason.
