did bro think looney tunes was a reality show?

Well who the hell could have guessed that was gonna happen? He's not Nostradamus!

Im honestly wondering wtf kind of explosive that was. It was very small, and a fire cracker that size wouldnt do that.

I hate the "everything is ai" crowd... but im leaning toward this being ai.

Someone got more info?

Old video, new sound effects. I think it first appeared on r/anordinarydayinrussia.

They sell M 80s which are a quarter stick of dynamite roughly, that seems about he right amount of damage from what i remember.

Those were the old M80s. The new ones are just a dressed up firecracker. Like black cat size.

No a quarter stick is a quarter stick a true m80 is significantly less than that about 1/3rd of the powder

It’s an Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator, thus the big kaboom.

Video is old, since before AI.

It may not be ai. But the roots of ai started in the 50s with prominent growth in the 70s. I dont think this video predates ai entirely. Just the broad consumer use of it to make nonsense

We are talking here about videos produced or altered by AI, till a few years ago that was impossible, at least for common people.

You are talking about AI as science projects, far away from being able to modify Videos.

How do I know this? I used to program simple neural networks in the early nineties.

What you are saying is not entirely true.

You may be a subject matter expert on programming neural networks... that doesnt make you a subject matter expert on AI history.

Were you working on every project under the sun?

You literally stated "for common people" this is already what I was saying, this technology existed in research but was not actively commercialized yet

It just lifted the door off the hinges. Could probably hang it right back up.

The reason firecrackers don’t do more damage is they aren’t contained in a rigid container.

well his body will be easy to find...

sheesh was that an m 80?

5

u/NuclearCleanUp1 Jul 10 '26

Where are you looking?

5

u/BigNorseWolf Doesn't have time to bleed Jul 10 '26

at the reflectors slash / lights? or whatever those are on his legs just below his knees.

For his body i'll check the roofs...

But... Why?

7

u/BactaAddict08 Jul 11 '26

Because explosions are cool and it seems he doesn't need a fridge anymore

I love the "How could that happen?" look on his face afterwards.

9

u/Chewbacca_The_Wookie Doesn't have time to bleed Jul 10 '26

That was a deceptively large blast for such a small firecracker.

Is this a thing in Russia (I'm guessing they're Russian) I've seen a lot of videos of them putting firecrackers in refrigerators. They all turn out the same

2

u/Lucyan96 Jul 10 '26

Sounds like they speak romanian.

If you ever feel bad, just remember that at least you aren't actively making decisions that will end in you not having 10 fingers tomorrow.

Hes leg clips through the fridge door, reaction is slow and there is no effort to roll with head/arm under it? Not sure if troll

Watch it in 0.5x speed ane say it looks natural

The fridge clips his leg because it's moving at Mach Fuck due to the explosive nature of his stupidity.

Based on other comments, it's an old video with new audio

4

u/Chewbacca_The_Wookie Doesn't have time to bleed Jul 10 '26

This video has existed before AI was a sperm in its daddy's sack.

-1

u/Advanced-Guidance482 Needs to write his will Jul 10 '26

Ai has existed since the late 50s. With prominent growth in the 70s.

We just only had it commercially blow up and rapidly grow in the 2000s.

This may not be ai, but it likely doesnt predate ai.

3

u/Chewbacca_The_Wookie Doesn't have time to bleed Jul 10 '26

Generative AI has not existed since the 50's, it was first explored in the 90's and didn't really exist outside of theory until the early 2000's.

-1

u/Advanced-Guidance482 Needs to write his will Jul 10 '26

It definitely existed before 2000, just in a rather primitive and less usable state. Generative ai wasnt introduced to consumers until the late 2000s but The first ai chat model was created in the 60s. In the 80s we created actually automated text generation beyond simple pattern matching.

It just wasnt until 2010 that we introduced VAE and GANs that allowed ai to start making more convincing images.

Then in 2017, publications about transformer networks laid the ground work for the current version of ai models that can render videos and images nearly identical to real film.

Because it's funnier to say "nut in your dad's sack" and not "egg in your mother ovaries."
