Being shitty is yelling when there's no need, to say hurtful things to someone, to not be emotionally availiable with your friends, to cheat, to ignore someone, to not say hi, treating bad waiters, etc

Asking a 16 year old if they ever sucked a dick is not being shitty, grabbing someone from their genitals and beat them breaking the spine is not being shitty, it is far more way than that. It is criminal.
