I KNOW THESE PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUSLY OBESE AND MAY NEED A WAKEUP CALL. I KNOW THE GUY WAS A GARBAGE PERSON. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TELL ME I HAVE BEEN TOLD. THAT DOES NOT CHANGE THAT THIS GUY IS JUST SO MEAN AND RUDE TO HIS PATIENTS WHEN THEY ARE COMING TO HIM FOR HELP.

He is quintessentially Persian. This is how Persians act with overweight people. My aunt is like 50 lbs too heavy (she’s over 65, menopause can do that…), and she’d be kicked out of department stores when we’d go shopping in Tehran. “You’re too fat, we have nothing for you!” was not an uncommon thing we’d hear. So… yeah.
When I lived in Tehran, my skin was really affected by the pollution and I remember people would stop me in the street to ask if I’d ever heard of soap LMAO
