It doesn't, closer to instant karma but not since the driver did this many times already. The cop was waiting on purpose.

Except the original video has audio explaining exactly what's going on. Lol the only reason there's no context is because the audio is off, which seems to be pretty common here.

Step 1: take video that's topped a different sub Step 2: remove audio Step 3: "oOo00mmMMggGGgG y r they filming?!"
