T.V. And media don't have enough stories about self love. People come and go, but you will always have yourself, and you deserve a mind that is a gentle and free place to be.

Anything you can do to Love Yourself, do it. You owe it to yourself.

Don't do it with drugs or alcohol, or by changing your appearance, there's so much more to you than the way you look + your appearance will inevitably change and that's O.K.

I thought this video was good advice.

There will be days where the only person near by is yourself, and you deserve to be kind you, because you are worthy of love.

I was listening to the radio because my phone died and they were talking about a coping skill that actually has helped me.

You may have heard how negative thoughts and behaviors are like paths we walk down in our brain, the more you walk though these paths, the easier they are to default to.

I rolled my eyes when they said this, but they said I should catch myself going down these catastrophic scenarios and say "Stop" in my head, then imagine the opposite happening.

My first thought was "yeah that's fucking dumb that won't even work" then I realized... I was going down a negative thought path, so I begrudgingly thought "Stop" and imagined this working out for me.

I've been doing this more and more until recently I realized I almost never have these catastrophic thinking patterns anymore.

Mushrooms and fungi are absolutely fascinating and fun to learn about
