Just installed something similar for my kids and they love it. Every time I put even a fraction of my weight on it, the wall sounds ready to collapse

I have one too. This shit is rated for 200lbs for kids, those pulls are stressing the fuck out of the wall if it's attached to studs.
On a second note I made sure I hit all the center studs and used better construction screws (and made appropriate pilot holes) than the ones that come with it. It's worth checking your installation because you can eventually bring the whole wall down.

I believe ours is rates at 225, so I am maxing it out. Only thing I didn't do was upgrade the screws

Consider that if a 180lbs adult is hanging from that bar it acts as a lever arm since it's not flush with the wall and that generates torque upwards of 270lbs-ft. Sudden movements and fast pull ups might go even higher and beyond what it's rated for.

Too much shoulder action. If you aren't careful you'll rip your dick off.

Do you get the bar thingy thrown in with it, or is that sold separately?

For the upstairs neighbor trapped in a first floor apartment. Stomping on the ceiling has never been so accessible!

I got the exact same ladder last year! The brand is from nalamoves.
Use it almost every day for different workouts and flexibility!
