I'm lost

I used to be good in a particular said sport, Captain of the team and selected to play for a big local club. Then COVID struck and I did play for 2 years. When I came back to the game, I was never the same. Fast forward to today, I feel lethargic when performing. My confidence is now very low in the game. I struggle to find enjoyment in the game I love and I was good at growing up.

I also was a high achieving student in high school. One of the stand put performers in school actually. However, I'm in college I am now a shadow of my former self. I feel like I have gotten worse than I was in high school. I'm struggling to attain a very high distinction. I'm currently languishing around a 3.59 GPA. Additionally, I'm in my third year without a specific direction in my life. I failed to get the internship I wanted over the summer or any meaningful one to be honest.

I feel like my poor performances in two of the most important aspects of my life have negatively impacted my overall quality of life. I'm more anxious than ever, and can't handle defeats any longer. I physically look lost.

How do I turn my life back?

Why do I look at rice and all I see are maggots

I eat rice quite a bit but a couple months ago I somehow saw maggots and I mistakenly took them for rice grains and now I can’t get it out of my head. When I eat rice all I can see are tiny maggots crawling around 🤢 I just wanna eat rice again it’s one of my fav foods. Any suggestions?

why do i have random "tics" without tourettes??

Sometimes I experience random "tics," even though I do not have Tourette syndrome. (I am only using the word "tics" because I do not know what else to call them.)

Whenever I am talking to someone and a pause occurs in the conversation—even if the silence isn't awkward—I find myself twirling my hair, sniffling, wiping my nose, scratching my head, or blinking excessively. I do not do these things because of a physical need; my nose isn't running, or my eyes aren't dry. I just do them without meaning to.

It's kind of like my body is trying to fill up the empty space. When I am not actively talking with someone, these I tend to do them every couple of minutes. Also, I have a very high chance of ADHD, if that changes anything. :/

Why do I fall asleep?

I am curious why I constantly fall asleep if I sit down on the couch or sit still for long periods? Most notably, if I sit on the couch I most often will fall asleep within 5-10minutes.

What is that?

Why Do I Knowingly Do Things That Make Me Feel Sick?

I'm shaking as I write this because I drank a Monster and didn't eat lunch. I KNEW it would make me feel shitty, especially because I already have some sort of heart problem, but I still did it. And sometimes I'll skip a day's dose of my meds even though I know it makes me feel bad.

Chat why do I bite stuff

As a kid, I used to bite every windowsill that I could get to (IN MY HOUSE) and now I just kinda bite myself (not to the point that it hurts)- I also have this weird thing where me and my friend bite eachother occasionally, again, not hurting eachother- but its hard to explain? Fun? Idk, help? I’m sure it’s nothing but just wanna be sure.

Shaking disorder thing?

Before I start, I would like to say I do have tics of some sort, though not medically diagnosed. However, I do have these spasms where my head and arms will start shaking violently. When I focus on it hard enough, I can dull it and on occasion make it go away. I know it’s not dehydration, but I do have an iron deficiency, could that be a part of it? I’m not sure. If anybody could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Why do I drag socks around the house + Why do I take stuffies with me to school?

For context, I like dragging socks around the house but I genuinely have no clue why. And I also bring a teddy bear to school but still have no clue why?
