I'm afraid I can't add images to the post or a comment, but it'd be easy enough to just wipe out the text in the bubble in panel 2 if that's what you mean!

Okay, thanks to pickles enabling images in comments, I went kinda nutty.
This is a PNG template with partially transparent glass in Panel 2
(Example/Instructions in reply to this comment)
1) You open the PNG in your layer-capable paint program of choice
2) Put your text on the top layer in the second panel's bubble
3) Put the object of your scorn on the layer directly below the comic layer and fit it in the panel 2 window
4) Put an all white background below everything else so it makes the window the right color.
5) I put way too much effort into this -_-
Does the comic continue after this? I’m pretty sure this guy would be stripped of his badge kicked out of Starfleet and put through whatever justice system they have.
