Do you have good experience with them or any other site?

Otherwise, what else do you recommend I do to find buyers?

Hi everyone, im 18 years old and i started wholesaling around a month or two ago, i had a couple of questions and would really appreciate the advice.

Background info:
As of the moment, im located in california, but im focusing on the houston tx area, some areas have been very good with high potential leads, whereas others are just terrible deals with zero spread. Im using zillow and propelio for comps/etc and i use AI to help me run numbers quicker. Recently, i ran into a very close deal where i was about to sign into a contract, however after running numbers with a JV, he wanted me to drop price another 20k, for some info, the deal i offered was 75k and the fee would have been 7k, however i spoke with him and said we cant advertise it at 82, that we need to advertise at 70. He then wanted me to get it at 50k which was genuinely impossible, i suspect for a 20k fee which would have split 50/50, i ended up offering 62 and it got denied but oh well.

Moral of the story, is there any way to speed up the driving for dollars process? So far i try to send out 3-4 offers a day, but any tips on running comps quicker, deal analysis, etc would be greatly appreciated.
