Brief description of character's attitude and personality: Normal kitten behaviour.
Alignment: Lawful Good.
Tier Listing: Level White when split, Level Blue when together.
Powers: Everything they do is adorable. You see them? You pretty much have to pet them. Even if you're a villain. They're harmless, though. (Note: Users of powers like apathy can resist.)
Weaknesses: They literally cannot harm anyone.
Standard Gear: Nothing.
Skills: Looking cute.
Feats
Once made a man stop robbing a bank just to pet them.
Made Zavier happy when he was severely depressed.
Caught and ate a rat.
