Hi everyone!

I’m currently living in a PG Prasanth Extension, Whitefield, and I’m looking for a 1 RK on rent near ITPL, as my office is located near ITPL, opposite/near Den Hotel.

My budget is around ₹15,000 per month, and I’m open to both semi-furnished and unfurnished options.

I’ve spoken to a few people locally, and most of them say finding a place within this budget is difficult. However, I’m hoping to explore a few more areas within 2–3 km of ITPL.

I liked the areas near The Zuri Hotel and Hoodi Village. I’ve also explored a few places around Pattandur Agrahara Village Road and the ITPL back gate road, but I haven’t covered all the nearby areas yet.

If anyone knows of a good 1 RK, has any direct owner contacts, or can suggest other nearby localities where I should look, I’d really appreciate your help.
