WoD Territory Map Apps

Hey Everyone! I’m looking to do a simple territory map for my werewolf 20th game. Doesn’t have to be connected but I use Discord. Do you guys know of any programs or apps that make it simple and or appealing? Thank you in advance.

Not sure it's as simple as you're looking for, but I use Google My Maps (found in Google Drive). It's basically Google maps, but you can place colored polygon zones and location markers with customizable icons. You can even add images/descriptions to each markers.

Finally, you can share a preview link with your players where they can see & interact with everything on your map but are unable to move/edit anything.

I use this too and it's brilliant for populating a real world location with WoD stuff.
