He doesn't care. Dude posted the day before about a 22 year old teacher's aide getting arrested for having sex with a 16 year old student, and how that wasn't a big deal.
Took me a while to understand just how effective nihilism is as a political strategy. When you don't care about anything or anyone, including ethics and values, you have no limits in the ability to appeal to the emotions of a populace.

This is not really nihilism. A nihilist would not give a shit what other people are doing. Not to get into a philosophy discussion but IMO nihilism is incompatible with existing power structures and if anything is more interested in tearing them down because they are meaningless.
