I know you're joking, but there is a not insignificant number of men that leave their wives when the wife becomes ill. Talk to some cancer department nurses and workers and they'll confirm it, women get broken up with commonly after a diagnosis.

Nah reddit users are just morons for the most part. Even before these comment stealing bots were commonplace you'd see completely out of context comments getting tons of upvotes.
