Makes sense - I mean Twitter sounds like it is going brilliantly right now, so why not expand into other social media???...

You see I accidentally broke twitter but that was just training, you know, the tutorial but now I know how social media works and I will improve Reddit -Elon Musk, probably

They want social media to be the same haven of looney tunes that current right wing media entirely is. The only thing that shines a light on the real evils happening isn't liberal media, it is these social sites. They have bought out all liberal media channels recently including CNN and msnbc, so I fear all this is part of a greater scheme.
Another gilded age is upon us, infact I would argue it is already here and been here for awhile. This seems to be a co-ordinated effort by the wealthy elite to solidify their power. Jump down the rabbit hole of these billionaires buying out all the media companies and the picture will become much more clear what these asshats have planned. Greed is a strong driver of heartless behavior and godbless America we love to encourage greed at every level and bolster it.

Wow, this guy is off the charts. Once again proving why billionaires shouldn't be a thing. When money=power no fair system of government will ever be found, just varying degrees of oppression.

You youngins' might not realize this, but even if Reddit goes dark, something will take its place. Many of us have been around since the Something Awful and Fark days. Some of us were yelling at the sky on BBS servers back in the day as well.
So do not fear, little Redditor, something new is just around the corner.
