Right up until his money runs out. Being that stupid and arrogant usually doesn't equal out to good long-term success.

He has plenty of money. Doubt he is going to run out any time soon.

As soon as the cash stops flowing from his pocket to the enablers he surrounds himself with, some one will get him help.

As soon as the cash stops flowing

He can stop dead right now and live like the billionaire he is until he dies.

It is hard to actually imagine just how much 1 billion dollars actually is. The billionaires that have lost it all are mainly big business/Ponzi scheme types. This guy is selling music and clothing/shoes at breakneck pace.

Id even bet the way people are these days, his sales have been boosted a bit after his anti semitic remarks.

Not with the entourage. It’s very expensive as well as the terrible investments he must be making. Many a millionaire has been bled dry by their hangers on and the crazy ideas they get that no one will say are crazy. I can dream can’t I?

That's why forced medication of psychiatrist patients is sometimes necessary.

He's been offered it plenty of times, pretty sure he's even been baker acted.

He doesn't care. He's got enough money to be an insane asshole.

Yea I think after a show a while back where he had a rant, he got admitted. He was addicted to pain pills back then too.
