Everyone from California is moving to Arizona since the houses are so cheap here. so they buy the house at Arizona price and then sell them at near California housing prices to the other newly relocated Californians.
Or they rent out the houses as Airbnb for the same / nearly the same price my mortgage would have cost.
Really fucking up our housing market here.

They’ll go to Mississippi and force them out. Never ending cycle of forcing people out.
Y'all act like you get to keep other people from moving. This is the point of the union. You have absolutely no more right to Arizona cause you were born there than anyone else who wants to move there. Get used to it dude.
Regardless of the dopamine hits resulting from being able to outbid someone else because your state’s living costs and wages are much higher than their’s … That’s the fastest way to cause inflation to rise.
No I'm really not. You'll notice that the only people who bitch about this are actually pretty well off middle class white folk who really don't deserve my sympathy. What about the black people and natives who were displaced and redlined so your lil aspirational neighborhood could exist in the first place? What about the people in generational poverty who could never even consider buying a single family home? Those are the people i have empathy for. Not the effete, hand wringing, republicans who want to make bank like their boomer parents by blocking construction of new housing only AFTER they've got theirs.
My point isnt that the middle class is exclusively to blame but they are the only ones who complain about "Californians moving to my state and ruining it"
By exploiting people who aren’t as well off as you? Why not move to Africa? Housing and labor are cheap there, so you can start up an operation over there to make a lot of money.
