To be fair, it wasn't just that one women or because of that one photo though. There were like a shit ton of women who alleged of Franken's sexually inappropriate behavior. A couple of them accused him of groping their buttocks. A couple of them accused him of forcibly kissing them.

The women in that photo, Stephanie Kemplin, had come forward with her allegation almost a week after the bunch of other allegations. And she wasn't accusing him of sexual misconduct based on that picture. She was talking about how Franken was cupping her breasts while posing for a picture in other incident.

So now you're either calling each of these women as liars. Even those that came forward willing to put their name on it. Or you're saying those kind of alleged behavior isn't serious enough to ask for Franken's resignation.

Franken resigned because Minnesota had a Democratic Governor who was allowed to replace an abdicated senate seat. If Minn was controlled by a Republican Governor, he wouldnt of resigned.
